JERRY WINDSOR

66, of Ft. Wayne, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family and friends. Jerry is survived by his wife Catherine; siblings : Dave (Melinda) Windsor, Treva (John) McGowan, Catherine Windsor, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Dorothy Windsor and brother Kevin.

A celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
