MARJORIE SILVA

83, of Ft. Wayne, passed away Tuesday July 5, 2016 at 3am at Coventry Meadows Nursing Home. For many years, she loved meeting new people while serving at Hall's Restaurant, and the Speedway Cafe. Her true passion was finding unique items to sell at flea markets around the state of Indiana. She would help her patrons select the perfect item to compliment their home and make a repeat customer and new friend in the process.

She is survived by daughters, Julia (Scott) Clark of Sahuarita, AZ, Jane Silva of Ft. Wayne, and Jenise (Mike Nank) Silva of Seattle, WA; grandchildren, Joshua Robertson of Indianaplois, IN, and Stephannie Robertson of Akron, OH; great-grandchildren, Rebekah, Emma, Lauren, and William; and many loving friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Jessie Martin; six infant siblings; sisters, Mima Zent, Geneva Listenberger, Blance Koche, and Orpha McAlpine; brother, Ansel Martin; and son Joseph SIlva.

A celebration of life is from 1pm to 3pm Saturday July 16, 2016, at the Southside Market, 3300 Warsaw St. Ft. Wayne IN 46806, where she could be found most Saturday mornings.
