​JOHN THOMAS LANNING

​​51, of Ft. Wayne passed away in his home October 4, 2016.

​John worked as a pipefitter for the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union #166 for 20+ years. He was a handyman and could fix just about anything. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends.

​John is survived by his daughter, Shannon Lanning; father, Virgil Sr. (Deanna); brothers Dave, Joe (Beth),  and Chris Lanning; sisters Lorrie (Bob) O'Neal, Pam (Mike) Gladieux, and Julie Combs. He was preceded in death by his mother Selma Lanning in 1999, and brothers Virgil Jr. in 1997, Keith in 1989, and Phil in 2015.

​Celebrate Johns life with us on Sunday October 30, 2016 from 1pm 3pm in the office of North Eastern Group Reality 10808 LaCabreah Ln. in Ft. Wayne.
