TRISTINA GALLOWAY-CLANCY

46, of Ft. Wayne, passed away peacefully Sunday March 20, 2016 at the Hospice Home, surrounded by her family. She was born September 26, 1969.

She is survived by her son Jacob Clancy; her father Stephen S. Galloway; and her brother Stephen T. Galloway. She was preceded in death by her mother Joyce Galloway.
