DARBY RAY MAST

77, of Ft. Wayne, went to be with his Savior on Thursday Feb. 20, 2020. Born in Goshen IN on January 28, 1943, he called Ft. Wayne home since 1961. Darby enjoyed his employment at Pepsi in Ft. Wayne before proudly serving 20 years as a Ft. Wayne Firefighter, retiring in 1987. After retirement from FWFD, he worked at Power Plant Services for a few years before retiring. He enjoyed full retirement by spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. He also enjoyed wintering in Las Vegas.

Surviving are his daughters Dana (Gary) Timmerman of Avilla, Deanna (Michael) Rasbury of Roanoke, and DeVonna (Stuart) Miller. Also surviving are his grandchildren; Megan, Samantha, Katie, Shannon, Kara, and Adam, and six great grandchildren. Sisters Cuba Venturini of Paso Robles, CA and Dawn Nisley of Carmel, IN, and Aunt Norma Berkey of Goshen, several beloved nieces and nephews and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents Albert Jay and Georgia B. Mast of Goshen.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
